Bill Marvelis

Real estate is my third career. I earned a B.S. in Information Systems from UMBC and began as a programmer before taking over my father’s cheesesteak stall, Andy’s Best, in Baltimore’s Lexington Market. I later purchased Mount Olympus, a Greek food stall, where I met my wife and business partner, Effie.

In 2005, we bought and renovated the Fork Deli in Maryland, transforming it into Sunshine Grille. Over 20 years, we built a successful family-style restaurant known for breakfast, Greek cuisine, and gourmet sandwiches before selling.

Today, I help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions. My background taught me to understand markets, adapt quickly, and deliver results. As an investor myself, I bring practical experience and a straightforward, reliable approach to every client relationship.
